Unhappy 2005 19' FS bilge drain

Is anyone having trouble draining all of the water out of the bilge? I try to park it on a hill to drain out the drain plug. But, there's always a little water left in there. It seems to be some hills inside for the water to get over.

wet bildge

Bayberry,
I have the 150 Fish with the same problem, the drain holes are an inch or so above bottom of the hull, I stuff a couple of paper towels partially thru the drain holes, this acts like a wick. The water is absorbed by the section of paper towel inside the boat, "pulled" to the remainder of the towel outside the boat and drips to the gruond.
