I would like to install the Blue Sea Automatic Charger Relay on my 210 with the standard 1-all-2 switch. From what I read in the West Marine catalogue, they say to connect this between the 1 and 2 posts and then I can run safely on position 1 all day. I have configured my boat with position 1 a dedicated starting battery and position 2 does all else. Does anyone here have any experience with this relay and how to properly install if for this application? Specifically is there a proper orientation (left side to post 1, right side to post 2) or do you simply bridge the two positions with the relay.
