water in the inner hull

first off I love my 210 I fish the so. cal. chanel islands my dealer is Johnson marine in onterio they have been working with me on this but anny input would be cool..... when Im up on plane my bilge pump runs intermitantly we found a small breach (1 or2 inch crack) in the hull about 2 feet forward of the transom near the center line they fixed it and now my pump runs less but still runs I know at one point the water passed thru the inner hull because I could see it coming out at the metal reinforcement in the center of the bilge that was calked shut and now the water flows back from somewhare foward I cant see this is not alot of water the pump works every 10 min. or so now but I dont think I should take on water at all
