I know a 170cc is a little small but does anyone make something like that for the smaller boats.

No,
Not as a ready made aftermarket kit like a Bimini top, but I would get with your local marine canvas shop and they can make one for you easy enough. Bending of the support poles and using the correct type of pivot mounts so that the dodger can swing forward (think of it as a reverse Bimini top) is the hard part. I would also have a zip up boot made for the top for storage when not in use and a way to secure (strap, bungee, etc) it in the forward stored position (where it will spend the majority of it's time) so it is not bouncing around as your a flying over the chop
