190 on I 75 going north

Not sure where Oregon Inlet is, but I was on the I75 going north on that date from Ocala, FL area up to Georgia and further. I saw, another 190 going southbound and was wondering if it was someone from this group...

when the bite is "on" we average 25 to 75 fish from 20 to 30 lbs. biggest so far this year is 50+ but it is still early
When the bite is off is is just that nothing
