Fish Box Drains

I have been following the old site and now this new site. I need to install the updated fish box drains and would like to know where to buy them. The ones on my boat (Logic) are letting a ton of water in and I really must get these boxes dry. Is there a good fix for the front large storage locker. It seems that if there is water in it, it will not drain out the large drain hole because it is higher than the bottom surface.

drain plugs

These are the plugs I installed in my fish boxes, I copied from Logic Dave, they work great, no more water comes in. Little tricky drilling the holes and make sure you use Rule Elastomeric Sealant. As for the mega hatch drain, we all have this problem, the only thing I've heard to do for this is to put in the little "pallot"(can't think of the name right now) that Triumph makes to go into floor of storage area, this keeps gear up off the wet floor.
Here is a web address for where I bought the plugs for fish boxes:

let me know if you have trouble with address and I'll help you find them.

good luck

I sealed my lid and then jammed a rubber stopper in my drain hole, and it seems to be working pretty good so far.
I have the pallot that is suppose to keep my gear up off the bottom and dry, 'But it does'nt work to good when its floating in about a foot of water along with my dry bags' (thank god I had dry bags) I about freaked when I saw all the water in my front storage, and Im still not 100% sure where it was coming from (my livewell maybe?) This is only downfall and head scratcher I am having with this boat so far (along with the fishbox thingy).
Im really baffled that Triumph has not developed better plumbing for their boats.

Anyways I know my little quick fix is temporary, but it is keeping my front mega storage and gear dry for the time being.

My 2 cents

box drains

my 01 210cc came with the sea dog drains already installed in the 4 fish boxes as well as the rear back boxes. i found out that the red washers don't keep the water out once they get some age on them. i got a bunch of o-rings the dash size is 210 and i have them in front of the washers and it keeps most of the water out. the size is 3/4id x 1od x 1/8. i got mine from a local ag center.

l/c the mega should drain to the bilge. if you got that much water there is a blockage in the drain line leading to the bilge. suggest you post this over on the tech board and let dick verify what you need to do to clear the blockage.
i built a pallat out of 2x2 salt treated with 2 inch wide slat boards on top and i have never had water rise above the 2 in. frame boards.

GGC, The water did drain to the bilge area from the mega storage when some of my passengers moved to the rear of the boat, and then I got all the water drained out when I got the bow up under power. The water had to be coming from the livewell (I mean that was alot water). I just wish I knew how, where and why it was making its way into my storage bin.....Its
pretty wacky
