215 or not???

Looking to upgrade from my 170DC to a 215CC. The 170 is too small for anything more than 2 people fishing. I wanted to ask you 21 footers, how many can you fish comfortably? The boat that I'm looking at has a F150 Yammy, any input on the 215 with a F150 setup would be great. Is that enough power? How does the 215 do offshore? I usually fish bays and lakes with my 170 but want to make some offshore runs with the 215.

Thanks for your input!

Yes, yes, yes and more yesses. The 150 Yamaha and the 215 are a great combo. My 215 was much smoother and drier than a Carolina Skiff Offshore 2100 that I was recently on. We routinely headed out 18-25 miles in baja without concern for the weather. We fished three people conventional and one person fly fishing all at the same time. My 215 is a 2006 and I think all the problems that earlier models were prone to have been solved. It's a great boat. Hope you're getting a good deal!

I love my 215 with 150 Yamaha 4-stroke. I've had four guys fishing and very comfortably. I've had two adults and four kids out sking too.

Thanks

Thanks Guys!
Jerry are you talking about the Sea Chaser? I looked at one at a boat show and the workmanship looked very cheap to me. The price was nice but I had to pass. I like the quality of Triumph boats that's why I'm looking to stick with them.
BTW, what early problems did the 21's have?
