cutting board under rear seats?

I just bought a 2007 215cc, we are going out on the chesapeake tomorrow. upon going over the boat, I found a cutting board under the port side helm seat. any one know where this mounts on the boat. It has to cut outs and a tab on the bottom but we can't figure out where it mounts.
thanks,
capt chesa

I have a 2006 with no free cutting board darn it. Just a guess but see if you can somehow attach it to the piece that goes across the stern between the two rear seats. It has places for knives, pliers, hooks and is a logical place to have a snap in bait board.

I think that is just an insert in the rear compartments to keep things above and water that might get in the compartment. I guess it could double as a cutting board though. It makes for a nice "shelf" though to be able to put things in those compartments without them sliding down into the lower area.

I had a cutting board inside of the bench/cooler of my '06 215. Check there.

It's not a cutting board, it's a shelf to keep your stored items from getting wet.

It's not in the other seat because you have all of your motor hookups running through....not a good place for storage.
