I fished out of OC a couple weeks ago, but I live closer to DC and purchased my boat from "Hooked on the Bay" in North East, Md.

Hope to see you guys out there.

The '07 also has much larger fish box drains than my '04. The forward boxes drain into the rear boxes and then into the bilge. Probably a better setup than the old 1/4" tubes in the earlier design. Large fish scales won't clog the new drains.

I noticed the flaw in the baitwell lid also. No way to hold it open or fold it all the way open. The old bifold lid is much better I think.

The fish box lids no longer have the twist lock handles either. That is a toss up for me. The new ones are easier to open since you don't need to twist the latches at both ends of the lid, but you can't lock them either.

I did like the seat back setup for the front cooler seat though. I think I will make one myself this Spring. Simple, removeable and more comfortable than leaning against the ttop support.

They have also made the engine control cable raceway less susceptable to water intrusion at the transom well by replacing the black boot with a tight fitting plug with holes for the fuel line and hydraulic steering lines.

I also noted that the t-top support legs are much larger than mine. Can't imagine they will ever need to upgrade them again.

Several good changes and one bad one with the baitwell lid. Pretty good I would say.
