Belt sander. Did mine a pice of cake. Just make sure to keep it moving. Does a nice job on the edges.

Had the same problem, along with the mega storage floor bulging ( big time).
Sent the boat back to Durahm and they fixed about half of the problem. Since the weather is getting hot again my forward fish boxes are becoming toe getters again, factory is sending me new hatches w/o gaskets or the groove for the gaskets.
I also have a aft. seat storage cover that will not fit down,(must be trimmed).

The boat is warranted, just call Triumph or your dealer, they will help you!

I jusk get agravated when I see the Q C sticker on the back of the boat and know that guy was HUNGOVER or something when mine got to the door.
