I'm windless

Anyone installed a windlass on a 215? I have been to the dealer and he is telling me that they are not set up for the installation of a windlass and they can not do the job. Can new wires be pulled to the bow? where from? Any thoughts?

I will pull the hook 2 or 3 or 4 times to get in my spot. But i hate it.
A windlass sure would make it nice...
