First Time Out with 6 Aboard!

We launched out of Belhaven this Saturday, and headed east on the Pungo River with 6 aboard - and they weren't small people.

The boat handled the load effortlessly, with the Yammy 150 popping us up on plane with no strain. Even at anchor, when everyone went to the bow for lunch, the boat stayed level enough that I still had water in my transom well. The boat listed when everyone went to the port side at one point, but not dramatically.

I've been in boats that felt like they would capsize when I alone walked from one side to the other, and a buddy of mine with a C-Dory has to tell everyone where to sit when we're under way or the boat would either squat or porpoise.

I didn't have to re-distribute anyone at any time. That there's a good hull design. I'm QUITE pleased!
