Fish Box Liners
I was curious if anyone had any insight on the fish box liners. I was recently out fishing and after storing the fish I noticed what the fish coughed up and all the scales made their way into the bilge. Does anyone have any modifications or info regarding the liners or a good way besides a cooler to store the fish. Thanks in advance!

I purchased the liners for my boat from Triumph in 2006.... They work great and they not only stop your problem but keep everything dryer and make a good spot for extra clothing etc. Prior to my purchase, I saw lots of complaints like yours where the fish parts end up under the floor and create a problem. I dont usually keep fish but my son got a 35lb bass and he said it was heading for the grill. I will bleed the fish in the liner and then wash it out about 15 minutes later and put some ice on the fish so nothing ends up under the liner or in the bilge.

The boxes were for a set of 4 and cost $210.00 at the dealer. They fit right into the fish boxes and have rope handles at each end to help lift them out. If I knew how to post a picture on this site I would take some and show you. They are made out of white plastic and fit nicely. I bought my boat at Atlantic Boats In Wareham Mass last year..... Great people and have been a big help with any little problem I had. The price may sound high... but like I said I heard lots of complaints about your problem and saw some radical fixes.... I'm good with tools etc but its easier to just pay now and enjoy. later.
