Extra Rod Holders

Any ideas and or photos on which brand or type of after market rod holders to mount on my T-Top and bow rail? Sounds kinda silly but I would like to mount one on port and starboard side of the T-Top and rails. My main concern is the thickness of the tubing on the top and railings.
I think it's 1 1/4". Most after market rod holders fit up to 1".

Thanks (again), M I M

M I M, I installed two rocket launcher style rod holders on my T-Top. I had to make three trips to Boaters World and still did not get the right ones to fit the tubing. My Thriump dealer opened up a Boat Store and I was checking it out one day and found the ones that fit. They are very handy and usefull on the boat. I dont know why Triumph doesn't have them installed when they order the T-Tops for the boats.
I will get the brand name and model number for you just as soon as I can find them. I may need to go back to the boat store to get them. I will check and see if I kept the packaging that they came in this morning. I will get back with you soon. Bob

Here is a shot of rod holders I added to the bow rail. The funny part is I bought the cheaper (Perko Clamp-On Rod Holder Chrome-Plated Zinc, $44.00 at Boatersworld) I have had them on there for 3 years now (I never figured they would last two). The picture is from this spring and as you can see they still look good.

RH, Boatersworld lists them as fitting a 7/8" to 1" rail. It looks like they fit on your T no problem. I thought that it was 1 1/4" rail up there.

Thanks again, Mike

The lower grab rail is close to 1". The rail that the T-Top cover is laced to is about 1 1/4". The only way I know to put one on the top rail is to weld one on. Bob
