Geneology

Can someone let me explain how long the Chaos was produced? What years? Does the hull have an 'off white' tint to it in addition to the brown hatch covers in the ad photos, or is it crummy photos? Is the off white/tan hull similar to a Parker gel coat shade?

How many years has the 21 come with white hatches? Seems that some are white and some are gray, or is it a package inclusion like the Tournament etc? Are there different shades of white over the years, some pure white, other years speckled?

I am in the market for a used 21 and am trying to gain a base of knowledge.

Thank you

Dusty

I have forwarded this to Dick@merrittmarine for the details but I think the Chaos was only a 2-4 years (2003-2006?). I have a 2006 215 Chaos and love it. I like the cream color hull and black powder coat t-top. I wouldn't call it off-white. I think it is more of a cream or tan color. Not sure about the Parker gel coat.

I think the white hatches started around 2007 but I'm not sure. They were grey before I believe and the white ones are a part of the Tournament package. Dick, am I correct in this?

Dusty, The Triumph Chaos, special edition, was produced in model years 03 thru 06, It had a Tan hull with a black powder coated T-Top and Bow rail with tan hatches.I'm not familiar enough with Parker boats to comment on the shade of tan. Triumph white hulls had a black speckle added thru 02, 03 thru current are all white. Hatches on white hulls were gray thru 06. 06 up are white.

I hope this helps
Dick
