210 cc under deck what I saw.

Okay was not sure how to title this. But I had my stern decking up, as I was checking for leaks. I saw on both walls, what looked like possible plastic drain plugs. I unscewed them. I saw that they went through the plastic, and then I saw chewed up foam. Would this be inner hull drains from the factory ??????

That is what I have been told they are. on each side wall, suposed to be able to reach from the access cover to drain into the bildge

Reno (so not to confuse people with Dick from Merritt)

Drain Plugs?

Be carefull genelie. I have had my rear deck up also. Too assist with my transducer cable install. I think the "plugs" you may be referring to are the factory installed plugs to cover the holes where the foam was injected into the hull. The bilge drain holes are small holes near the front of the uncovered area that are the terminal end of the drains out of the forward hatchs. If the plugs you are talking about are white with a rectangular depression in the center, they are the foam injection hole plugs. I did not see any "drain holes" in my bilge area. As you get more acquainted with your boat, you will find several of these plugs in hidden areas. Some are more visible. Hope this helps. codfish
