Rear Seat Backs 2007 215cc

The only thing I don't like about my 215 2007 is the rear back seat backs.
Their attachment mechanisms are lacking. They continue to pull off the cleat or latches that they hook down on.

I can work something up to fix it, yet thought I'd check to see if anyone has a 'best' solution before I work something up.

Thanks

I fully agree with that. I have had mine blown out twice on the freeway. There has to be some better way to install these.

I checked with Triumph on this one and this was their response:
Quote:
There is a set screw at the bottom of the cushion that is accessed through the grommet at the bottom of the cushion. It is possible that this was removed and that is why the cushion keeps coming off the hooks. They can attach a small lanyard to the bottom of the cushion with a snap at the end, and place a male snap on the boat for it to attach to which is what we currently do.

I'll check out the bottom of the cushion better and let you know.
