First thing I would do is call dealer. Second, call Triumph.

You do not state if you purchased the boat new or used, but guessing used. Did you transfer the lifetime warranty to you?

I have a 2005 210CC, and have not seen any cracks, knock on wood.

Good luck with your quest. No one wants to see or hear about problems like this.

Wonder what original owner did to cause the problem. I always thought that inadequate support would cause problems, but again I was thinking toward the bow not the stern. If your boat was stored on a rack, and a rack not constructed per the trailer specifications, that may be the cause, but again, I am just guessing.

I checked with the factory on this and they said to call Russ, the Service Manager at Triumph, with the dealer name and details and they will see what they can do about this.

If you do have a crack/leak and you take it to Carl Merritt it will be fixed. Carl is a master dealer and before he took on the Triumph Boat line (Merritt Marine was the first dealer I believe when they were Logic Boats) he was also a master at fiberglass and is one the best marine engine guys you'll ever meet. Good folks.

Have a great time on the water this weekend and catch em up!

Triumph may still honor the warranty as they did on my 2002 190 bay--especially if it is a cronic problem on that model. They cal it a "good will" warranty repair.

Talk to Bryant at Triumph

After selling almost 400 boats and being the master repair dealer for the northeast I have not seen one crack yet and I run my boat hard. So............... if it is and your warranty is valid, easy fix and the factory will take care of it. If you do not have a valid warranty for what ever reason they may charge for the repair but still an easy fix. These things just weld up nice.
