Congratulations on the new boat! I'm confused, it sounds like you got a motor with more power, but less weight and they're both Hondas?

Yes both Hondas, as I'm told the technolpgy change since 2000 and 2008 was signifcant and made motors lighter. I'm told that Honda put that motor on a diet over past several years.
