210 triumph EZ Loader or does it matter?

If you purchase a new trailer does anyone know if it matters if you use EZ-Loader or another brand as long as the bunk supports meet the factory specs? Does trailer brand affect hull warranty in any way?

Does anyone have a trailer in good shape for the 210 that they want to sell?

Any brand will work if it matches the factory specs. If you read the "Articles" section, you will see that we have a Rolls Axle trailer. We took the trailer to our dealer when we purchased our 210 CC. The Rolls is the best trailer we could find and are very happy with it. Even showed it to the folks at the factory, and they liked it. Pictures of the trailer are in the Article Additions & Modifications to our 2005 Triumph 210 .

The real key is matching the factory spec's. Good luck in your search.

Back in '01 there were not any "triumph " trailers and dealers got the trailers from their regular trailer mfg. To triumph specs. It was nice to get local parts when i need them

Well I have found a few really nice trailers that the dealers will adjust to factory specs. I have downloaded them from the section here and forwarded them to dealers to see who has the best bang for the buck..... any options that I should look into that anyone here can suggest?

Bunks

Aluminum bunks should not negatively affect either the hull or the warranty. The main reason wood is used is its lower cost and its suitability to sustain compressive loads over time. Maybe Randy can verify with the factory, but I can't see why you wouldn't be ok if you spent the extra money for aluminum.

Can anyone tell me what these specs are for the 2004 210CC or original trailer?

I do not have an original trailer and want to ensure that the answers to this are exact.

1- How wide is the trailer frame itself?
2- What is the bottom width of your boat?
3- What is the Beam of your boat?
3- What is the total length of the trailer?
4- How far is the winch Set from the Front of the trailer?
5- What is the height of the winch?

Yes I already downloaded and attached those specs however they still requested this information in addition to having the bunk specs.

From the factory:
Quote:
Aluminum should be ok as long as they flex as well as the wooden ones. We use wood because it flexes enough to conform to areas of the hull we need it to without being so flexible that it doesn't support the hull in the areas that it needs to be ridged.
