Update
Well I got in touch with my electronics guru and rechecked all my network setup and then called Lowrance. They gave me a return autorization to send my antenna in for check out, basically because there are no error readings. The unit just keeps checking for satellites, continually. I'll know more next week.
My electronics guy is great and offered to loan me a new antenna so I wouldn't have any downtime. If he didn't live an hour away I would definately think about it. If you need something electronic installed or worked on in the central Calif/ area, PM me and I will pass it on. I only know his personal number and don't want to post it. He works from home in Modesto, Very honorable/honest. He also does other boat related stuff. He got me a heck of a deal on my prop. John, thanks for the tip on Lowrance customer service. I sat in my boat on hold with my cell phone for 15 min before I got a person, but it eventually worked. Will check on firmware when the units back.
