Hydraulic steering

I'm getting ready to install Teleflex "SEASTAR" steering on my 210 w/ a 150 Yamaha. Will I need to pull the engine to slip in the support rod. Thanks for any help guys.

Unfortunately the motor will have to come off, Don't disconnect the cables, just swing it away enough to pull the old cable and insert the hydraulic system.
