I finally found the splashwell access port from Bayou Runners modification picture on the West Marine website. I could not find it on either BW or BoatUS. I'm guessing you simply cut out a hole in splashwell and rule in the insert.

Bayourunner or Dick@Merritt,
Any particular installation problems or anything to be concerned with, or just start cutting?

We have installed the same type of access plates many times. We have a large hole saw, but if your careful a Saber saw or Rotozip will work also.
Rule is king, use plenty.
