Property in Paradise

Well, dad is getting old (@70) & tired of the stress of storms. He is selling paradise against all my resistance and desire for inheritance. Fish River Alabama is 30 minutes from famed Orange Beach/Gulf Shores as well as being a noted bass/speckle trout/mullet fishing hot spot. His property is a beautiful overlook of the river to the undevelopable "wilderness area" with two wharfs and a boat lauch on bulk headed property. It is a two story with @1200' upstairs, Frank Lloyd Right esque cedar design under California earthquake standards with a separate lower apartment (@600 sq ft with bath and small kitchen) with flood baffels already designed in the foundation walls.
If interested, email me personally, pakdoc@aol.com, MolarBoater. I have some pics somewhere.

I let anyone I know that I think might be interested. I know the Thomspn Cat and Kenworth People that are up the road just a little piece. Maybe one of them would be interested. I will shoot you my private email and you can send me some pictures to forward on to them.

Beautiful spot. I'm afraid I couldn't leave my beloved North Carolina though. I'm sure your dad will have no problem selling it and I'm sure you hate to see it go!

Hope we can keep it in the Triumph family at least, great place to launch and keep a couple or 3 boats. If it is still in the family this spring, might be a good place to get together and go fishing.
