Bleach

Does bleach react with, weaken, or discolor Roplene ?

If it does, what is recommended as the strongest cleaner for it (i.e. for mold, gunk, etc.) ?

No, not that I have found... It is though rough on wiring connections and bilge pumps so I would be very careful about the amount you use and make sure you get it all flushed out of the bilge section. Last thing you need is to loose a bilge pump in heavy seas  20 miles from shore.

I think their is another thread where this topic has come up in the past that had a lot of great input on what the guys have found to clean their hulls.

Tight Lines!

The saying is "Whatever comes in a plastic bottle is safe for your boat, whatever comes in a glass bottle is not safe for anyone". The bleach will not affect the Roplene material, though I did see the post about the hose. My first reaction would be that it will not harm the vinyl hose, but you might want to check with Lawrence hose before flooding the bilge.
