Gulf Coast Mission work???

Hey guys down in N.O., Gulfport, and Biloxi or areas surrounding that are in need. I am in Statesville, NC and have a mission trip semi-planned for the week following Easter with our church. As of now our plans are to go to N.O. with about 15 workers and work on a Methodist church that was partially destroyed by the storm. Since planning the trip we have found out that they are not ready for us nor are they organized enough to make our trip worthwhile. My question to you folks is do any of you have connections to legitimate organizations that are in your area that could use a group of hard working and willing people for a week? If you do have such contacts please let me know as soon as possible. My email is: dhankins@bellsouth.net. Please get back to me with phone numbers, emails and/or information. Thanks. Don Hankins
