Need New Boat Checklist

Well, spring is here and hopefully I'm going to finally be getting my new 190 Bay from the dealer tomorrow. The package has a Yahama 2S 115 engine and it outfitted with factory T-Tops. While it is new, it's a 2004 leftover I upgraded to (from a 170cc) at the end of last season - and the dealer stored it over the winter.

It's been a while since my last new boat and I was wondering if anyone has a good checklist to run through before taking it home from then dealer. Since the paperwork is all completed, I'm focusing strictly on the boat/motor/trailer at this point.

We will be launching the boat. Test cruising it and of course recovering it.

Since I'm excited about it I would like to have a checklist to run down since I don't want to overlook anything. A general checklist and some potential known delivery issues would be a great asset.

Thanks,
Kevin

No list here, but you have had a boat, and you know the problems that you had before. Start with looking at those. Then take your time and LOOK AT EVERYTHING>!!

I have one (some place) on my PC at home that I created as a new boat sales project much like a automotive PDI (Pre-delivery inspection) sheet. So send me a private note with your E-mail address and I will see if I can find it and covert the code to something you can read (much less) use
