Hey NC,

with gas prices such as they are and travel time involved, maybe we need to look at a regional TBOT. I for one would love to have a NC/SC/VA tourney. A trip to Florida or Cape Cod would be nice, but not too practical for many of us. Maybe a Morehead, Ocracoke or Wilmington tourney site would work for many of us in this area. Just thinkin out loud.

tbot northeast

the thought of this tourney is for those of us in the Northeast as we usually can not make it down to Florida, which I would still be interested in(just wouldn't be able to haul my boat). I was just checking for interest of those in this area or for anyone who may want to travel this way from a practical distance.

Would love to do a tourney In the Northeast. Actualy I suggested this idea on the old site. Cape Cod would be an awesome place. I know all the good fishing spots there. Even long Island sound would be good. Leave out of the CT River.

I'd be up for that. CT River is just an hour away.

triumph boat owners tournement...although it is more like a social gathering than a tournement.. Dauphin Island was a good time as a get together and the weather was not that good a good portion of the time.

Cape Cod

well I for one would vote for Cape Cod, I don't know the LI Sound that well, but I know we would all have fun on the cape and the fishing should be pretty darn good in late May, early June. Plus it is not busy yet and we should be able to get a good deal on lodging, etc.. this is good though I'm glad we are getting some feedback!

Fishahn - Seeing as you are in the lodging business and I know nothing about the Cape, I would immediately defer to you declaring where, when, facility, etc. If we can get that declaration, then I can plug it into my schedule and coordinate the homefront.
