my dealer buffed a couple boats and they looked just like fiberglass, it was amazing. He did a spot on my boat after a small repair, and I could see my reflection.
BUT, it takes time and the shine doesn't last. They used to do it for boat shows until everyone complained upon delivery that their boats didn't look like the one at the show

Wet n' Shine spray works well, kinda a cheap Armor-All type product for car tires. Wears away soon but alot less elbow grease. Just spray and wipe.
Don't spray it on the deck or you'll slip overboard!
