dual battery set-up

one of the best things you can have is a 2 battery system with a switch. this way the battery for the trolling motor can be charged while running the boat. perko makes a great switch they are about 29.00 and a typical install for that sytem is about 2 hours labor. the cost of the other battery depends on what you want, either straight deep cycle, or a starting/deep cycle. both should be under a 100.00
good luck

hello H Sifder, Can you talk with my wife? I think Cargrove has the best idea with a gift card that way he can get what he really wants and you won't feel bad if you get somthing he isn't really 100% thrilled with. I don't mean that in a bad way. I think he is aready ahead with a girlfriend who would go to so much trouble! Good luck, Elroy
