Filling Screw holes

I'm thinking of replacing my cooler seat with a leaning post and want to make sure I'm considering everything. How do I go about filling the screw holes that will be left in the floor from the cooler seat? I have used, in the past, nylon screws with Rule Elastomeric when I have moved some electronics around on the CC, clipped the excess and sand down the remainder. It appears to hold up well but the colors are of. I'm sure I will have holes in the white and the gray to patch on my 190 bay. I do not have a dealer near me as I bought my boat in OK and now in GA (with a few more places in between).

You can fill the holes with roplene. Any of the dealers can get you the roplene repair sticks but of course I would suggest using the site sponsor Meritt Marine. It has been awhile since I have used them (the sticks) in fact was back when I had my logic, but you just drill the screw hole out to the diameter of the sitck (just so it can slide in but not slop around. Then heat the stick with a blow torch and shove it in the hole. Wait about 2 minutes and trim it off. It really is simple.

Good luck

Thanks. I'llgive them a call this week. Do you know if they come in both colors? (white and grey?)
