Need advise on boat repair..not on a triumph

I have this old jon boat..seats are formed out of the same metal as the boat and topped with 1/4 plywood. I use this boat for DUCK hunting, The plywood rotts and is a pane to replace. Looking for suggestions on new material that is weather proof and of the same thickness. Anyone have any thoughts??

The answer is,,,,,Starboard. your can pick it up at West marine or Boatersworld or even online as you might be able to find it cheaper. It is rot free durable and can we milled using standard woodworking tools.

...or, if you're really wanting to go "on the cheap" go to Sam's Club, Costco, Wally World, etc and pick up some cheap plastic large sized cutting boards. Use the same woodworking skills on them as you would the plywood and you're good to go. Just a thought.
