We don't have an organized chat. I think some folks have in the past invited another member that they have seen online to visit in the chat room or else a group will set a time to be on and to meet in one of the rooms. It is a little difficult to follow conversation if more than 4-5 people are chatting at the same time but it is a good way to communicate about ideas or questions on a boat modification, fishing techniques, etc.
