triumph 235 CC featured

Some how, I get the magazine Boating World for free. I received the February issue today. Featured was the Part Two 2008 Ultimate Buyer's Guide
I looked through the guide and I couldn't believe what I was seeing! They actually had on page 57, the Triumph 235 CC listed in the Offshore Fishing Boats section. They indicated to compare it to the Century 2350 & Sea Hunt Ultra 232.
That is the first time I have EVER seen any Triumph Boat listed in that publication. Amazing.

Great report, AstroDiver. The Century 2350 & Sea Hunt Ultra 232 must be some nice boats if they're going to campare them to the Triumph 235 CC. Makes you feel good to know you own a Triumph boat.

Too bad Triumph doesn't also sell "direct from the factory" and decrease the cost by 20-25% if you drive there and pick it up......they'd sell more boats and get the prices a bit more affordable, but if you drive too far......gas prices will negate some savings.

The only thing to consider is, if Triumph sold their boats direct, you'd be going to North Carolina to get your boat repaired. It's a good thing the nearest Triumph Boat dealer isn't more than an hour and forty-five minutes to 2 hours away. North Carolina would be a big trip for me.

From a business standpoint it would be impractical for Triumph to sell direct. They depend on a growing dealer network to provide local support and service. Triumph is still a young company and by industry standards is growing well. Suggest to a marine dealer near you that they pick up the Triumph line! Triumph is always looking to add dealers across the country. If you know of a potential dealer contact in your state or region send a PM to me and I'll forward it to Triumph to follow up on.
