The pressure washer is definitely the answer. but keep it moving! if you let it spray in one spot to long it will cut the plastic! And yes the "Greased Lighting" does the job on most spots. GEAUX TIGERS!

We just bought a Karcher G 2650 HH 2650 PSI Pressure Washer from Costco for $399.99. It works great and has 5 different nozzles, each on being a different angle (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, detergent). It has an attachment that you put in diluted soapy water or Karcher Auto Wash. Regular Car Wash Soap is too thick to run through the tube. I get close to the plastic and it takes att the grime off. If you have real tough spots, Oops! works real well. It stained my deck but after some scrubbing and blasting it is shiny white again with no plastic melting. I blast the baitwell which cleans very well. All the graphics are on and we got close to them. Overall, If there is a Costco nearby, this is what you should get.

When using a car wash sprayer how close is to close? Is there anything you can use after removing the black dots?

Just to add...

I've figured out a way to slow down the "little black dot" issue for a year/season.

After I blast the boat with the pressure washer/krud kutter, I apply 2 coats of Automotive Surface Sealant (Chemical Guys: M-Sealant) to the areas heavy with pores. It seals them off for about 4 months, mind you, my boat is in the elements from March to December.

Hopefully Triumph or whomever owns the Ropelene patent is working on a "Liquid Ropelene" filler.

Mr. Clean Eraser Pads work great for the black shoe marks and water stains as well. I use them all the time and my boat is nice and white for the next trip. Simple green and Clorox Clean up cleaner work well for general clean ups too.

I use my boat a lot all the time, and have found that by using the soft scrub with bleach and a really stiff deck brush it will get anything out. I actually buy my deck brushes from the home depot for like $5 and they are awesome. The key to the thing though is letting it sit while scrubing other parts of the boat. The bleach needs time to work. I just did my whole boat using this method, and I actually did the whole thing twice. It honestly came out just like brand new. The thing is so white. Sunny days help also, and minimal water to let the bleach work it's magic. When everything has been sitting for a while rinse heavy and scrub as you rinse. The whole process for me to do my boat twice by myself was like two hours, and that includes all the fish holds, and the front storage locker. I take everything out and do it too.
