Thanks for this site

First thing, thanks to Randy for getting this site up and going so that us Logic/Truimph boat owners have a place to go and see what our peers are doing with the 'plastic boats'

Second, thanks to the the moderators that keep tabs on the web site and the postings up-to-date and clean.

I only get to check out the site a few times each week and am all ways interested in what other owners and future owners are thinking and doing to their boats.

It is all ways amazing to see people get on a web site and trash a particular product or company. Most of them have never tried to get help from the supplier or manufacturer. As both, I want customers to be happy with my product. One happy customer will spread the postive word, but an unhappy customer will spread the bad news 200 to 300 times what a happy customer will do.

Most of the time a supplier/manufacturer will do everything they can do to keep the customer happy. Yes, there are people out there that will not do what they should to keep customers happy, but these suppliers do not last long.

The folks at the factory, when it was Logic, did several things for me when I needed them to. Yes, it was out of the way for me to take the boat to them in Durham, but they did what I asked, and got me going again.
Haven't had to contact the 'new' team there, but from what I have seen, they are reponding.

All of this to say:
1. Don't just trash the company/provider until all avenues have been exhausted.
2. There are people (on this site) that will help. Just ask.
3. I am glad that Triumphowners.net is HERE!
