something else i just remembered is that the storage box lids all have dovetail mitered cuts in them and the gaskets insert into the dovetails rather than being glued as in the old models. dont know if the 05's have this or not.

My '04 has the "dovetail" track gaskets that you mentioned. The only improvement I would recommend is that the gasket be glued into the track. Mine tend to move around and sometimes come out of the track in places. Much better than a surface glue on though.

The gaskets on my 03 could all stand to be about 4 inches longer. There is not one of them that goes all the way around the lids.

Does anyone knows,what kind of differece would it be beetwin 2005 and 2006 models?Dealers i spoke to, tell me none. Is this so? I am about close a deal on 2005 210chaos.Also can anybody give me a guideline of a price for 2005 Chaos?
