Thumbs up Triumph Bahamas Crossing Pics!

Hey Everybody!

I just posted some of the pics of our Triumph Trip to the Bahamas! We took off to G.B.I. in the begining of May 2005. It was a great weekend and we had a great turnout! If you get a chance check out the pics, I hope everyone likes them! If any of you have any comments let me know, I hope you enjoy...I'm trying to upload a video clip of the Choas on the crossing!

Thanks,
-Sam

SY, Is there going to be a May 2006 trip?
I was thinking of maybe taking a trip over around then. I have a lot of great memories from previous trips I have taken over to GBI.
BTW I will be taking my 27' CC that it is equipped with multiple weather systems for the trip. I have the Garmin Sat Weather on the garmin network and a Raymarine radar on the Ray network.

Tums,

I'd love to see some pics and hear more about your Garmin satellite weather and Raymarine radar systems.

Tums,

Anythings possible! We have been discussing the idea of making it an annual trip, it's not out of the question but there needs to be alot of planning/organizing for an even like that. This year we had a turn out of 10 boats and multiple people aboard, so it was a good sized group. We left from the Palm Beach Inlet which is a stones throw from our dealership and one of the quickest paths from the US to the Bahamas. The potential for an annual event is there but there are costs and storage issues that would have to be resolved before we could go. This past trip showed us that there were some things that needed to be addressed before leaving for another trip like that! If you are seriously interested let us know, post threads on it. I think it would be cool if we had a larger armada of Triumph's crossing this next time!

Let me know what you think?
-Sam
