Transfer of Hull Warranty
I bought a used 2004 17' CC last June. I didn't find out until recently that the warranty on the hull could be transfered. I called Triumph and they told me it must be done within 15 days of the sale. I don't understand why, if a hull has a lifetime warranty, that there cannot be a gap in the coverage. There is a new Triumph 17' DC on Ebay at this time. The discription states 'Lifetime Hull Warranty - Transferrable at no charge anytime within the first five years'. Anyone else have experience with this? Appreciate any info -

Mobyduck,
Most of us here understand that it has to be transferred within two weeks of purchase with a cost of $200-$300 based on size. Been that way for quite a while.Good luck. John D. |
