Six foot seas aren't the problem...it's the interval that creates chaos. I'll take six footers any day in my 170CC at 30 second intervals. Make that 1 to 2 second intervals and I don't want to be out in 1 footers. Your basic chop is not a problem, but if they are calling for "small craft advisories", better pick a different day.
But, that would go for any boat brand, not just Triumph. I can say this with a completely straight face and clear conscience...the Triumph can handle way more snotty weather/waves than I can. I give up long before I feel "concerned" in my boat. The plastic hull gives and flexes to make your ride much smoother in rougher water than a fiberglass boat does. If you are concerned about rough water as a norm, perhaps you should look at a 215CC...it has a deeper V hull and is made to handle more "bumpy" water. Just my 1/50th of a dollar. Good luck with your search.

I would agree chuck. Our 2005 210 CC (model before 215 CC) has yet to meet the water it could not handle. Me on the other hand, that has a different answer. The hull of the 215 is just made to handle the rougher water better.
Depends I guess on how rough you want to be out in. Good luck in your search.

Thanks all. I am going to buy the 191 this weekend. I would love to have the 210 but it will not fit in my garage and is a bit over my budget. Plus the wife wants to lay out on the front deck while I fish.
