Whitto,

Perfect photo of the boat, except for the water bottle.

Thanks Guys

That anchor is a Kodiak ... made in the USA and supplied to a dealer here on a boat that it didn't fit ... fits mine just right!

The waterbottle is an issue ???

What about the fender ???

I know Triumphs don't need them, but you gotta look after the dock and them poor saps that own "soft" boats

Hi Whitto,

I use fenders too. Only to protect the rub rail against concrete piers. As for the water bottle...
One time I took a great photo of a Japanese tea room. It was so nice, I had it enlarged and framed for a friend who owns a Sushi restaurant. What I didn't notice until framed and up on the wall, a small sign that read "Please don't sit on the set". Kind of took away from the photo.

Beaching Logic

Michael,I bought my boat mostly for it's beaching ability.Neither aluminum or fiberglass will hold up to pebbly beaches like Roplene, and the shallow draft will put your bow on dry land in all but the lowest of tides. My best friend Jim(17'CC)and I beach our boats(on purpose)almost every day we go out for shore lunches, beach parties, etc. The biggest problem we have is helping other boaters who think they can do the same thing!
