2005 Triumph 191 FS boat

I am considering purchasing a 2005 Triumph FS boat with a 115 HP Merc engine. Anyone have experience or comments about this boat? Does it really work for both fishing and water skiing? The price is $19,000 with trailer and alot of options. It has 58.2 hours on the meter. Thanks for any input. JL.

I have one with a 115 yami and if you can get one with a bigger motor, do it. very slow out of the hole. If I want to pull a skier i have to go down in prop size from a 19 pitch to a 15.

otherwise it is a great boat.

191 Fs

Hi Jonathan,

I had a 170 CC for 3 years. Last December I traded in that boat for a 191 FS with a 115 Yamaha. I have had it out 2 times so far. It is a great boat. The ride is better when the water is a little rough. I have not towed a skier yet. The water temperature in NJ is a little too cold for that at this time. It is a little slower out of the hole than my old boat, but it is faster at WOT. Good luck if purchase the boat.
Thanks,
rdc

rdc,
I've had your old 170CC out about 10 times now, and love it more each time. I've also had several comments on how nice it looks, some people even think it is a new boat.
