Welcome to TriumphOwners.net and thank you for visiting with us. I started TriumphOwners.net in November, 2004 as a place for Triumph and Logic Boat Owners to connect and to share information about our boats. In a little over 3 years we had almost 3,400 registered members and thousands of threads and posts with information about Triumph Boats. However, many of the folks that registered an account with us were shopping for a boat and many never made a post to the site. Many bought Triumph Boats and others moved on.
In January 2008 we decided to limit participation in our forums, photo gallery, etc. to current and new Triumph and Logic Boat Owners. Soon we will be closing the forums to public view. Our hope is to have fewer posts that ask many of the same questions that have already been asked before and to develop more of a "Triumph family" atmosphere with a closed "Triumph Owners Captains Club".
If you currently own a Triumph or Logic Boat we welcome you to register and partipate with us. However you must provide all the required information at registration (including your boat Hull ID number) in order to have your account activated. The first years subscription is free and it is only $15/year there after.
Our one concern in closing the forums to public view was "what about those looking at a Triumph that want to find our more about our boats?" Well we haven't forgotten you. In fact we've made it simpler for you to find the information you're looking for by providing a "Visitors Forum" where you can ask a question of Triumph owners without registering an account. Just click on the "Ask a Question" link in the upper right-hand corner of this page and enter the pertinent information to send your question to our moderators. We moderate the questions to avoid SPAM. You can view "Recently Asked Questions" in the right-hand column of this page and to view that thread simply click on the title link. That wil take you to that thread in our "Visitors Ask An Owner Forum".
We are also working on a "Frequently Asked Questions" section and will link to that when it is complete. We'll pull information from our forums on the most asked questions about Triumph Boats.
We hope that you will join us soon as a Triumph Boat Owner yourself! If you buy a new boat in 2008 and beyond Triumph Boats will cover your first year Captains Club Member subscription.
So if you have questions, fire away. You can also look for used Triumph Boats for sale by our members in our Classifieds section.

| Triumph beaching tolerances |

Q. hey Im just wondering how a triumph will hold up to beaching on sandy and rocky (smaller pebbles)... [Read More] A. I have beached my 170CC on a rocky shoreline of a lake that we like to fish after all the docks have been removed prior to winter. I was concerned about the wave action (it's always windy there) driving my boat against the rocks but couldn't find a scratch when I got it up on the trailer. It may get nicked up from running it up on the sand, etc but that's nothing to worry about. The Roplene is the same color all the way through so you will not even see it unless you are really looking for it. Beaching the boat for a short time (several hours) will not hurt the hull at all. Long term (several days to weeks at a time) might be a different story. The hull needs to be supported for long term storage.
If that's your only concern, buy the boat and don't look back. These boats can handle that and tons more.
Good luck with your search.

| Cracks? |

Q. I am wondering how many owners experience cracks in their Triumph boats? I have been reading good... [Read More] A. Erica, glad you found us.
The search feature on this site really does work. You can search all models or be very specific.
It is my belief that the models get better every year. The only ones I can remember have the problem you mentioned was 2002 and earlier, and some models were more prone to problems than others.
We have a boat storage/sales/boat rental place that is still renting out late 1998-1999 models. These boats have hit every bridge, dock, oyster bed, sand bar, etc in Sarasota County, with out major problems. The renters destroy the motors, but can’t destroy the boats.
Just make sure you can transfer the lifetime hull warranty if you want to play it real safe. Then the factory can take care of any problems with the hull. Some owners purchased Triumph boats without the warranty (blems) to save money and have never had a problem. They knew what they were getting and saved a lot.
Good luck on your search. Please spent time reading on this site. Our family loves our 2005 210CC. We would not have a fiberglass boat, unless we had money to burn and it was a yacht – like 50 plus feet long.
