Exclamation Recall

Received a "Service Bulletin" from Triumph yesterday.

Letter states that all 2008 Triumph boats pre rigged with Yamaha gauges, engines, etc. need an installation of a "Warning Light Kit". Seems the warning lights are not hooked up. The warning horn does work so the Yamaha warranty has not been affected.

See service bulletin 08-07A

BarryB,

I have a 2008 191FS with a F150 and also got the recall notice. I live 3 hours from my dealer...and I'm pretty good with mechanical/electrical stuff. I'm wondering how extensive this recall upgrade is and if I could get it and install it myself...

Probably just a pipedream though. I would probably "void" some warranty with Yamaha if I did it myself.
