I went with the standard Bass seat from Bass Pro and love that little system. Gives me something to lean on, but does not take up a lot of space like the chair does... I only take the chair for my wife or others that need to set longer Smile

I have yet to secure it down. I need to get around to ordering snap toggle bolts. I really do want the cooler there, though. I have a mild concern about how much weight I have in the bow now. I have 3 optima batteries up front in the battery compartment- along with a 3 bank charger mounted to the underside of the lid, the heavy 101 pound trolling motor, and so far I am cool with it. The cooler may be pushing it- we'll see.

This is a great mod to do to any of your hatches that wont stay open by themself. I added one to the baitwell lid as you did here and also to the battery box lid and I loved the springs so much that I added one to my cooler under the leaning post.

Nice cover, where did you get it and any idea how much it cost? I bring home my new 215 CC next week and am in the market for a good cover.

I would use fish fry instead of that concrete mix.
