Where do you put it to keep it dry? I had mine under the Port side rear seat, and it's getting rusty, already?

I keep mine in the same location...port side rear compartment. I have a small plastic grate on the floor to keep it out of the water in the bilge. Some slight rust, but nothing major. Touch up with a wire brush and repaint each spring, good for the year.

This is the same box I used with my last boat 20 years ago. I just found it out in my garage and it is still in perfect condition. I am putting my gear in it now for this boat. Thanks for the storage suggestions.
